I ran across an article that speaks about how cushioned shoes do nothing to stop injuries. The only way seems to be to run the way our ancestors did. Humans were the undisputed top endurance runners in ancient times. We hunted by running down our prey. As someone struggling with constant ankle pain, I hope to learn how to run marathons into my 70′s.
